111 pages. This is a report on the private sector consumption of medical gloves in India. The India healthcare sector has been witnessing significant investment in the private sector driven by rising demand for quality healthcare. Demand for healthcare services is expected to increase, owing to a rise in the elderly population, increases cases of lifestyle diseases, growth in personal income and swift penetration of health insurance. This report examines the glove manufacturing landscape in India and identify strategies adopted by key players in supplying gloves to private hospitals in the country. The report also include the regulatory framework relating to the supply of medical gloves.
